Lisheen P6

This young ET bull is growing well under reasonably tough conditions with a current ADG of 0.26 Kg/day.   He is going through a growth (stretch) stage (July 2019) and is showing good structure.   He should grow into a good, well muscled bull.

He is sired by the impressive Longford 004 and his Dam was sired by World K’s Michifuku out of a TF151 Sired cow who also has Haruki 2, Kikuyasu 400 and TF Hikohime 34/3 in her pedigree.     He is one of a number of young bulls that were specifically bred to infuse EMA, Marble Score and Marble fineness into their calves.

He has a massive +5.5 EMA which is a Top 1% EBV, a Top 5% EBV for Marble Fineness, Top 15% EBV’s for Marble Score and GL, with Top 20% values for RBY and Birth Weight.   P6 also has an IG Tenderness result of 7 with an SCD (Fat Melting Point) result of the most desirable AA which further adds to his ability to infuse meat quality.
